Can't start Scheduler...

Sorry, but I'm new to linux and I'm having trouble with the
install.
Tried installing from CVS but couldn't get a successful make
so I have now downloaded the TAR balls and installed as per
the instructions. The livesupport site runs ok but I can't
get the scheduler to start. The web interface also give a
similar error.

The start command gives:

 sudo /opt/livesupport/bin/livesupport-station start
Starting livesupport scheduler: using config file
'/opt/livesupport/etc/scheduler.xml'
livesupport-scheduler.
musiclivesupport:/opt/livesupport/etc$
XmlRpcServer::bindAndListen: Could not bind to specified
port (error 98).


Tried " make -C ./src/products/scheduler check "
with this result......
