Hi there -
We submitted a request to rename our project
"LiveSupport" to "Campcaster". About
1.5 weeks later,
LiveSupport simply disappeared from Sourceforge! No
LiveSupport, no Campcaster - neither are on the site!
Please help!

Dear Paul,
We apologize for this situation. The rename is handled by
backing up the
project, removing the original,
converting archive contents to new name, and then restoring
under new
name. This procedure was worked out to
provide data backup on each important step, while ruling out
possibility
of losing changes updating the project
which is being renamed.
Unfortunately, your project is very big (specifically,
download
archive), so it failed post "remove the original"
step (due to disk space shortage/random network flip while
transferring
gigabytes around). We're working on
finishing the rename, but due to its size, it may take some
time for
that to be completes.
In the meantime, please be assured that your project data is
safe.
