dummy storage export - please return a valid tarball

Tomas,

Can you please change the dummy implementation of the
storage export
feature so that it returns a tarball in accordance with the
export file
format guidelines:

ki/ArchiveFormat

this could even be a tarball that has no sound files, etc. -
but it
should have a metafile describing the export, etc.

both Ferenc and me would be needing this - Ferenc for
writing the proper
GUI for it, and me for doing the proper scheduler backup
feature.

OK - commited in [1976] changeset.

This changeset also contains PHP backend part for rendering
playlist
toFile and toStorage (#1599) with fake renderer - notify me,
please,
after real renderer will be finished.
