I did not yet sign the CLA but I just downloaded it and will
sign and
transmit it soon.

Not a problem.  I added you as a committer and noted that
your CLA is  
in transit.  Could you fill in some background info on
yourself and  
review the rest of the proposal.

The proposal is fine from my personal point of view. Since I
cannot
apply any changes to the personal, here's some background
information
on myself:
  - Master of Computer Science
  - Project Manager at TietoEnator, Cologne, Germany
  - Contributed to various Open Source projects like CVS,
SCWM,
    bk2site, etc.
