quick ping before open a Jira issue to the INFRA team, does
anyone have
any idea why Jira issue edits haven't been generated mail to
java-dev
since sometimes after November 2nd ?

A quick glance at the "recently edited" issues and
the email archives for
hadoop and nutch indicate that the problem is affecting
nutch as well, but
clearly not hadoop (Solr is a maybe, there haven't been any
issue edits
since Nov 2nd to look for in the mail archives.)

We are having similar problems with Nutch.

: We are having similar problems with Nutch.

A Solr issue edited this morning confirmed that Solr isn't
affected.

Opened issue since i haven't seen anyone chime in and say
"oh i know
what's going on"...

Cool, I didn't know that is how we submit something to
infrastructure.
Thanks.

FYI: issue was caused by a change to Jira's outgoing email
properties, and
some filtering options on *some* apache lists (hence it
wasn't affecting
all subprojects)

Jira emails should be going through now.
