patch: exp popstatus feature

When lynx already have nice features like:
   -notitle,
   -nostatus,
   -nopause,
   -nomargins.

here in attachment is small patch.

 now with:

lynx -popstatus

statusline will show up only interesting message, and by
default will
show rendered text in last line.
NOTE: this patch also contains update of patch for notitle
bug.

Useful. I get 'Data transfer complete' persistently by
default however (this is 
with Advanced mode) with every new page until I page down,
and then it clears 
nicely to show another line.

Maybe I could add that last line got automatically
refreshed, but with
-nopause some important message will gone. and I am to lazy
to run
LYNXMESSAGES:/ again.
