patch: positionable editors

Old code is still there. So nothing will got broken.

For some unknown reasons it use strstr() which match for
example vi in
"elvis", "vile", "vim", 
"gvim" .. and just about any other program
with vi in its name. Because of this "rjoe" is not
needed when there
is already "joe".
