Thomas,

no problem, there is a lot of rubbish SVG out there
already**.
Lynx has over the last decade provided a wonderful
introduction to
accessibility for html.

Here's hoping it finds a second life encouraging
accessibility in SVG
for a decade to come.

cheers

** This great illustrated bicycle, was recently chosen as a
"featured
picture" on wikipedia:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons
/8/8a/Bicycle_diagram-
en.svg
not a single title is present, there is text, but not
'bicycle'.
the relation of the text to the content, is not easily
repurposed.

The good news is the author agrees to include titles in the
future ~:"
