MIH services design considerations draft

Hi Akbar,

I'm glad you don't have any questions on the design
considerations
draft, I take it that you are happy with it as is?

Re the problem statement draft, the comments on the mailing
list were
noted, and a revised version of the draft is in progress to
try and
address the concerns that were raised.
