FMIPv6 Security (was Re: Confirmation on decisiononHMIPv6 Security)

Another point to consider here is that when RFC 4068 was
under review by the 
IESG, I believe Steve Bellovin, who was a Security AD at the
time, requested 
that text in the Security Considerations sections about
using IPsec be taken 
out. It might be a good idea to check back through Draft
Tracker to see if 
Steve filed a DISCUSS comment. Though Steve is no longer on
the IESG, I 
doubt the current Security ADs would change their opinion on
this point.
