Folks,
I mistakenly submitted the 4140bis draft at the wrong date
(thinking it was
an update) so I missed the cutoff for 00. Anyway, here is a
link to the
draft until it appears on the IETF site during the IETF
week. The changes
were made to the Security considerations section as
discussed earlier.
