Why would a so-called "problem statement" document
ever talk about "solution
components"?

I was talking about what is there in the document
currently.
There is no particular format for a problem statement. It
is for the working group to decide what goes into it.

Folks, please review the document and if you have any
comments, please post them to the mailing list. If you have
specific suggestions for text changes, it will help.

Sorry if I am digressing from the core. But I am still
confused why
solution components and relevant framework are included in
this
document. To me, these parts are not ready to be moved
forward. Ok, I
will wait for DT's presentation in Prague, and get back to
the list
with more technical comments.
