FMIP Security drafts

Hello folks,

my (iprg) e-mail seems to be down. (At least I am not
getting
e-mails from the alias).

Anyway, FWIW both the SEND-based and AAA-based key
derivation drafts
were discussed multiple times in the MobOpts RG. I support
an early
review by Mobdir and get these drafts on track for MIPSHOP
WG.
