Sony DVD recent releases with new encription

Hi.
I have been advised to try this list for help by the
mplayer-users list.

We have found that recent releases of Sony DVD's, Casino
Royale 
and  Ghost Rider as examples have a new encryption method.
We provide 
a speech version with a wrapper of the normal WIN cmd
version of 
mplayer for a visually impaired. This automatically finds
the audio 
described audio track and offers it with spoken instructions
to the user.
I do not do Linux, yet, so need a WIN version. The
mplayer-user group 
indicated that I needed to use dvdnav// instead of dvd// it
appears 
that there is not a WIN version of this. Can anyone assist
please.

i am not 100% sure, but i think these builds have dvdnav://
hopefully the website will be back online soon.
