Can not mencoder/mplayer 5+GB avi file

Sorry being so lame! :-(

I downloaded and installed it. It is working nicely! Even
the scaletempo audio filter is implemented (I missed thi in
rc1)! 

I generated a 2.5 GB avi file. Mplayer seeks well in that
file and mencoder can read it too!
