dvd-device=c:/dvd/dvd

It does this only for .wmv files. It may be specific to
WMV3, but I am not sure.

ah yes, there were a bunch of commits to the dmo stuff
-vfm ffmpeg should workaround the problem.
cant tell which commit did this, ping voroshi or reimar or
diego...
