mga_vid and udev?

mga/ says:

For a description on how to set up udev to work together
with mga_vid, please read README.udev.

but there is neither a README.udev on the website
nor in the tar balls.

I get:

/usr/src/mplayer>lsmod | grep vid
mga_vid                12428  0

/usr/src/mplayer/mga_vid-2.6.12>./mga_vid_test
Couldn't open driver

(strace:
open("/dev/mga_vid", O_RDWR)            = -1
ENOENT (No such file or directory)
)

Can someone mail me this README.udev please?
