Intel Indeo 5

I'm running on LinuxSuSE 10.2, 64-bit.  I have an AVI file
that appears to be Intel Indeo 5.0.  I've been reading
everything I can find about how to get this to work but I
can't find anything.  I'm trying to convert to Flash Video. 
Here's the command I'm executing and the results.  Any help
would be GREATLY APPRECIATED:
