Yeah it's Friday!!

I need to come up with a formula to distribute some profits
to a group
of partners. I haven't had much experience with complicated
formulas so
I'm hoping someone can help. I have a group of partners who
have each
contributed a certain amount of money to the partnership. I
need to
distribute a lump sum of money to each partner. From this
money, they
are supposed to each get back 100% of their original
contribution, then
an 80% share of the money after that.
