Data Sorting

As has been suggested you can split the street number from
the address into 2 separate fields.  I'd use Text to Columns
from the Data menu, and pick Fixed_width.  Remove any
separators after the first one - if any.
Sort by name, then by number ascending from the Sort menu.

It can be easily done just by splitting the street number

column with concatenate function in it and hide the first
two columns.
