Well, we'll start with some questions:

What kind of PowerPC is this?

What (Native) OS is it running?

What (Virtual) OS is it running?

What kernel is it running on?

Do the previous versions of MOL still work?

Which version of MOL did it break with?

The old versions are in my dev-space here:
http://dev.gentoo.
org/~josejx/mol/

You will either need to forward port the patches for your
current 
kernel or you will need to use a kernel from when that
version was 
released.

Since you're using Gentoo, what does your emerge --info look
like?
