Problem building mod_ngobjweb with make

I have compiled latest gnu make 3.80 command (maybe the
problem was  
comming from the make intalled by Apple)

I have also do this :

$ . /usr/GNUstep/System/Library/Makefiles/GNUstep.sh
G5:~/SOPE-4.5/sope-appserver/mod_ngobjweb philippe$
/usr/local/bin/make

I got the same problem :

make: no: Command not found
