The best bet to do this is go to your local electronics
retailer (Apple Store/CompUSA/Circuit
City/Best Buy) and get a USB Bluetooth adapter for your
macintosh. They're relatively
inexpensive (~$30-40, iirc) and if you buy a certain brands
like the D-Link or the Kensington
I have on my G4 MDD Tower, they pretty fire right up without
drivers and work like a champ.

I've even gone as far as to use the Bluetooth adapter on my
iBook SE and my Motorola A630
(T-Mobile) to get online (not fantastic speeds, but
fantastic when you're out in BFE and the
only signal you get is cellular). Hopefully my next step
will be to get an EDGE compatible
bluetooth enabled phone and see what kind of speeds I get
from that service.
