RAZR V3m will not authenticate!

Hi, Richard. My phone is from Verizon, and I use a verizon modem script. I
use my own username and password--not one issued by Verizon. I'm sorry I
can't be more helpful. Can anyone else help Richard?

Hi Richard,

You need to disable EVDO on the phone because it won't let you connect to the Internet
interface, and then run a script that disables CHAP support in OS X. I found instructions for
doing this online but I can't remember the link. It was a little tricky but my Razr is still
working fine, and so is my iBook.
