Frank,
First, you need to make sure your ISP supports IMAP. If it does,
follow these steps in Eudora:

1. Create a new IMAP account using the same account info as your
current POP3 account
2. Physically move all of your POP3 messages to their IMAP
counterpart mail boxes (InBox, Sent, etc)
(This could take some time, depending upon your connection speed
and quantity of emails)
3. Delete your POP3 account.
