Thread: Project Status Question

Project Status Question

Hi,

There are no list archives on sf.net so I would like to know
a bit on
the history and status of this project. Given the dates of
the CVS
archive and other information, it seems to be paused or
dead. Perhaps it
has transformed into another project or has been forked?

Thanks in advance for any comments.

I guess "paused" is the best description... most
of us are still here, we just
don't do much at the moment (due to other commitments).

Note that I have converted mat from CVS to bzr earlier this
year, so if you
want to join the project, it's better to use bzr. Probably
branch off the
coruscant release (faster) and then pull my dev branch to
get the latest.
bzr branch http://m
at.sourceforge.net/release/coruscant
bzr pull http://www.
baum.com.au/~jiri/mat/mat-main

The list archive should be at:

Yep.

I continue scanning the mail lists and helping out wherver
I can. At the
moment I know some people that are developing some code that
will be highly
useful to the project (something I always wanted to do but
never got the
time), and expect to integrate it later (second half of this
year) once they
make a release.

Unfortunately, I can't say much more at the moment, as I
promised to keep
quiet on the subject. This is just to let you know that the
project ain't
dead.

Cheers,

 Mario.

We, users of MatPLC, are not in pause.
We constantly using MatPLC everyday, in many machines.

Hi! Mario.
How about your promise?
You'll be making it possible that a plc point holds a text string.
We want to send a text message from one module to another through plc point.
