Windows Snapshot is older than current version

I just saw that "LATEST_WIN32_SNAPSHOT" is an SVN
tag. This is an unfortunate
naming because tags refer to a specific version and cannot
remain "latest".

Nevertheless, the link to the latest Win32 snapshot on the
Web page should be
fixed (it still points to version 0.66). I could not find
any newer Win32
executable than 0.67, so if there isn't a newer version,
either point to 0.67
or remove the link - please.
