Errors after svn update

Hi all!

I just updated to latest trunk version, and now I can't
report any spam...

Always getting this error-message:

upgrade.php was executed, no changes done...

Am I missing something?

PHP5 changed the behavior of array_merge, and does not now
change a scalar into
an array before merging.  I think all that needs to be done
is to add some
casts.  I'm still working on getting some vmware systems
set up so I can test it
under php5.
