DCC is written in C and doesn't make use of any Perl
modules, so your
MIME::Parser and Net::Server upgrades shouldn't have
anything to do with
it.  Make sure that you stop and restart dccifd to ensure
that you don't
have a stale socket, and that SpamAssassin is correctly
pointing to the
dccifd socket file in the local.cf file, then restart
amavisd-maia.
