Start by editing master.cf and override the content_filter
for the 'pickup' 
service:

pickup    fifo  n       -       n       60      1      
pickup   -o 
content_filter=

not think that 
other servers will delete 90% of your mail? How do you
really expect to 
deliver any mail?
