Blank Page on xlogin.php

I am using imap auth against a MS IMAP server. When I login
I get a
blank page on xlogin.php. if I remove the /xlogin.php from
the end of
the URL and go to the root of my maia install, it shows the
welcome
page, and I am logged in as myself. 

There are no errors in my php/apache logs. I am using Apache
2.0.58/PHP-5.1.6 and Net_IMAP-1.0.3 with the fix described
at:

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm guessing that a warning debug popup is stopping the
redirect, as  
was discussed on this list about a month or so ago.
