The user is going into domainsettings.php and modifying the
Consider and
Quarantine spam when score is >= fields to 10.00
Upon saving the form it does indeed update the database
however things
are still being filtered at the system wide default 5.0
score. Ooh...
as I'm typing this I just realized that individual users
have a setting
also don't they... And changing this domain wide setting
wouldn't
update their score... I'm gonna run off and check on that
now.

Sure it does! I have one of my addresses set to 1.
Could you be more specific about how you are setting it?
