Release mail from quarantine - lost connection after Data - Mail vanishes

Funny thing is, this seems to happen at a different place in
the email 
body every time I recover the email and try again.

I'm recovering the email by marking the status back to 'S'
in 
maia_mail_recipients which places it back into the
quarantine.
