maia's website availability

Hello all,


I am in Australia and unable to visit both
www.maiamailguard.com and 
http://www.renaissoft
.com/maia/
They both timeout.
DNS is working fine. I have tried this both here and at work
to no 
avail. I there anyone else having this problem ?
