another feature request: $sa_quarantine_cutoff_level

The amavisd-new variable, $sa_quarantine_cutoff_level,
introduced in
amavisd-new 2.3.0i, would be great. I'm fairly agressive on
my personal
machine where only my friends and family have accounts, so I
set this
pretty low so that they don't have to wade through pages and
pages of
quarantined spam ( when I was using the amavisnewsql
squirrelmail plugin
). I may still use it in production, only a little less
agressively.

I'm not much of a coder, but I could possibly work on a
patch for this
if no one else has time. I'm thinking that it shouldn't be
too hard.

That's similar to part of a planned improvement in 1.1,
which will  
allow for more flexible settings ...  I'm looking for
archives if we  
had announced this more plainly...
