Has anyone else noticed that after installing 1.0.2 the update of the spam count after "confirming" a page full does not show the correct new value. _______________________________________________ Maia-users mailing list Maia-usersrenaissoft.com http://www.renaissoft.com/mailman/listinfo/maia-users

I can't say that I've seen anything like that, no. Confirming a page of suspected spam definitely removes those items and displays the next page of items. Going back to the welcome page properly shows the reduction in the "Cache Contents". Similarly, going to the stats page shows the same reduced total under "Suspected Spam". This is as it should be. In your case something else is clearly happening, but it's a matter of determining exactly /what/ is happening. You say that the new totals you see are not correct, but how so? Are the totals unchanged (e.g. you had 300 items, you confirmed 50 of them, and it still says you have 300 items), or are they changed but incorrectly so (e.g. you had 300 items, you confirmed 50 of them, and it now says you have 265 items instead of the 250 you were expecting)? If it's the latter case, bear in mind that mail is constantly arriving, so it's entirely possible that you received 15 new spam items while you were confirming that page. If it's the former case--i.e. no reduction at all--then an error of some sort is occurring while trying to submit the confirmations to the database. You may wish to check your web or PHP logs to see if there's an associated error message right after you hit the "confirm" button. - -- Robert LeBlanc renaissoft.com> Renaissoft, Inc. It could be that the count is made just before confirming
the items
on that page view. Does the count go down after you
refresh?
