Yes, the --with-admin parameter is probably the way to go as
a future
addition to maiadbtool. Similarly, the file format for bulk
additions
might be extended to accept an optional second argument on
the same
line, e.g.
<domain> <admin>
so that admins can be specified in bulk listings as well.
