In the amavis.log file there is shown the full e-mail
adress, so it should be ok, isn't it?

My problem I think is now, that maia would like to
authenticate at login with pop3, but my pop3 users are
different like the e-mail adress.
So what should I do?

explain how to solve your problem. Most likely you want to
delay the
rewriting of addresses until after amavisd-maia, which is
explained in
that FAQ document.
