Not strictly true, Robert.

It has only appeared on my Linux systems, since the only
OpenBSD box is
the firewall.

Maybe I should contradict myself.  I may not have seen this
issue, but
others related to the PostgreSQL code.  It has been so long
that I don't
remember precisely.
