Oversize Items issue

I have an issue with the 'oversized items' setting. I have
set the following variables:

/etc/sysconfig/postfix/postfix (POSTFIX_MESSAGE_SIZE_LIMIT
15000000
/etc/php5/apache/php.ini (memory_limit 120M)
/etc/my.cnf (amx_allowed_packet 16M)

In Maia System Config (Mail size limit 16000000)
In Maia System Config (Oversized items should be  Allowed)

if I push a 10MB file it passes through just fine. If I pass
a 20 MB file, I get an oversized rejection e-mail, although
the settings claim the system should pass on the file to my
e-mail server.

Your postfix message_size_limit is set to 15M. So 10 will
pass and 20 
will fail. Postfix is rejecting it before it even gets to
Maia.
