No, the no_autocreate list simply prevents Maia from
creating new
accounts for those users. Any mail to addresses in the domain
domain
that don't match any existing user accounts will fall
through to the
domain account (which the domain administrators
manage).

If that's all you want to do, why bother with the
no_autocreate list at
all? Let those users have accounts created for them, then
disable all
filtering for those specific accounts (from their individual
Settings
pages). If Maia doesn't do any filtering for those
accounts, nothing
will be quarantined for them, the mail will simply pass
through as if
Maia wasn't there.
