We're still not communicating clearly enough for one
another, apparently
  The
behaviour you're describing makes perfect sense for a user
whose
address is on the no_autocreate list, but I wasn't talking
about the
no_autocreate list, I was talking about what happens when
the user has
his own account. In other words, take the user off the
no_autocreate
list, let his account get created, and then answer the
questions I
asked, namely:

(1) Does this happen with /all/ the mail this user receives,
or just
some items?

(2) Are these items addressed exclusively to him, or to
other recipients
as well?

My suspicion is that the items you're seeing being stored
(when the user
is /not/ on the no_autocreate list) are also addressed to
other
recipients, which would explain why they still need to be
stored.
