virus emails not been released

Hi it seen that I missed this email last week.

we check the logs and nothing out of normal is spit there,
what do you mean with downstream/upstream?
can you tell me a line and file to look for and I will
check.

yes seens that msg's do get release from the other caches.

To answer those two questions, what url are you viewing when
looking  
at the banned file cache? It should be "list-cache.php?

cache_type=attachment"   Have you modified the themes
any?


As for Christian's virus mail not being released, are there
any error  
messages either in the httpd  error log or in the mail
server log?   
Do you have the downstream server defined in the system
preferences?   
Be sure it's not set to the upstream port, or it will scan
the mail  
again and end up in the quarantine again.

Can you release messages from other caches, like the spam
cache?
