Error in internal-init.php

I have installed one new maia server, everything is working
fine, the
config.php is showing things perfect. now on registering the
super
user step 1 internal-init.php i give path to the new
user.tpl as
/var/amavis/maia/templates/newuser.tpl i am getting error
check the
file path amd permission. This files under
/var/amavis/maia/templates
are owned by amavis:amavis and permissions 640 please help.
