Subject field for new users

I do not see a way to add a subject to the email that goes
out to new
users. Can someone tell me how to alter this?

Like:
To: %%LOGIN%%
From: <%%ADMINEMAIL%%>
Subject: Your Brand New Maia Account!!

(ofc, don't use such a spamming title, unless you want to
make sure users
don't read it ;))

Is there a list of variables available to be inserted into
the template?
