First, make sure that Maia knows about all of the domains
that you want
it to filter mail for. Go to the Admin->Domains page and
"Add Domain"
for each of them (or use the maiadbtool.pl script to add
them in bulk if
you have many domains).
Once you've done that, the only mail that should ever fall
through to
the system-default ( .) account should be outbound mail. This
means you
can configure the filter settings for the . account
to handle outbound
mail the way you want. Enable/disable whatever filters you
want for
outbound mail by setting them for the . account
(Admin->Domains->System
Default).
