Not able to delete e-mail addresses

I just realized last week that I am not able to delete
e-mail addresses
any longer, I receive the message 'One or more of the
selected addresses
could NOT be deleted'. However, if I link the e-mail address
to another,
it can then be deleted. I have already tried returning to
fresh restore
of the default database, as this is a test server 1.0.2, but
still
happens. Is there anywhere in Maia of a setting that could
cause me not
to be able to delete e-mail address. I'm using LDAP auth,
but I also
tried going back to internal and still the issue.

You probably have the same problem as someone last week on
this mailing
list. Email addresses are linked to users when they are
'stand-alone'
thus before deleting the email address you have to delete
the linked
user first or link this address to another user in order to
delete it.
