Can't open key file "blowfish.key" after running SuSE update

I finally ran a system update on my SuSE 10 box. Up to now,
Maia had been 
running flawlessly. Now when using the Maia Web interface to
open an email 
an error is generated:

    "Can't open key file
/var/spool/amavis/blowfish.key"

Maia version 1.0.1.


Permissions on the encryption key file:

-rw-r--r-- 1 vscan vscan 56 2006-11-01 17:00 
/var/spool/amavis/blowfish.key


Amavisd is running as user vscan

# ps aux | grep vscan

Has this happened to anyone else? Any thoughts of were to
look for clues?

What are the permissions on all the directories above the
key file?

Thank Joel,

I feel like an idiot.  The update must have
"adjusted" the security 
permission on the parent directory.  Set the group  and
group 
permissions and I'm back in business.

I'd blame it on the beer, but the barbeque starts in an
hour.
