Sure. In the "E-mail address to add" field you
enter what you want to 
list. It support wildcards. Then you choose whether you want
to white or 
black list that address.

Some examples:
someusersomedomain.com will list someuser at somedomain.
*somedomain.com will list the entire domain
somedomain.com
jack.*somedomain.com will list all people have jack. in
their username 
at somedomain
etc.

Ask if there's a particular case you want to list but don't
know how.
Whitelisted items will skip spam-checking (and possibly, not
sure) 
virus-checking. Blacklisting will put items directly to
cache.
