Well, I won't rule out something quirky with your install...
;) but you should
consider upgrading to the latest 1.0.2a release, as it fixes
a security problem,
and also the digest handling changed a little bit in 1.0.2.
No database changes are needed, so it should be a pretty
easy upgrade, but as
always, remember backups and testing!
